Layered Lim

Wednesday, September 24, 2014

I've always been a HUGE fan of layering.
This Phillip Lim sweater dress is so lush and perfect on it's own, but I always love to add a bit more interest. The sheer trend is perfect for just that.
The netted layer is actually an old dress of my moms.
I cut the slip underneath to make it more modern.
Sometimes your own closet can really surprise you...and I love it when it does!

Scoop THIS up to use as an amazing under-layer.

Genius, Sheri... I'd never have thought to combine these two amazing textures and lengths together - so unexpected but of course you make it WORK!!! The PL sweater dress is gorgeous, love the neckline and the scarfy bit. Please come round to mine and chop up some of my clothes, won't you...?!!

Hope you're well hun, sorry I've neglected you :))

That jumper is gorgeous, it looks super soft. Love the little cheeky betted skirt poking out the bottom

So, so, so good. What a great way to take that mesh skirt inspiration and make it your own!
