Coconut Oil

I try to eat and use as many natural products as possible.
I have found that most of the time you do not need medications of expensive products to achieve positive results in your health. I have been suffering from Lyme Disease since I was 19 and after my daughter was born via placental abruption, my Lyme relapsed and even after 2 years on antibiotics, I could not get rid of it. I started using 5-6 natural herbs and supplements and within two weeks I was feeling 80 % better!
This is when I really started looking into more natural products.
I had bought coconut oil for my Vegan Chocolate Cookies so when a friend posted the benefits of coconut oil on Facebook I figured since I had it I would give it a try.
I read articles about the amazing benefits for your skin and hair.
Personally I have seen amazing results.
I use it as a moisturizer after I wash my face and let it set in my hair for at least an hour before I shower.
This is truly an amazing product and you can read about all of the benefits HERE.
If you buy, it should be virgin oil.
If you try it please let me know what you think I would love to hear!

so interesting! I've never even seen it anywhere but then I guess I've not been looking. Tell me I'd be worried if I put it in mine pre wash it would still be greasy? Is it a light oil?

Oh no, I can't believe you were suffering with Lyme disease for so long. I don't know much about it, but it must not be easy to deal with. I'm so glad that you are feeling better. It's really amazing what eating healthy and natural foods can do for our bodies. We use coconut oil for certain things and it really tastes amazing! I've never even thought of using it for my skin or hair, but I definitely want to try it! My hair is super dry and brittle, so I think this might help! Thanks for this!
